Hola gente,
Hace unos instantes me llegó la respuesta de HK.
Ahora necesitaria ayuda para traducir el texto para comentarles a HK cual es el problema que tiene la linterna, a ver si logro que me envien el repuesto y asi evito mandar la linterna, ya que el envio desde Argentina es muy costoso, (casi 30 dolares)..
Para escribir el reclamo utilicé el traductor de google y salió bien, pero ahora quisiera explicar tecnicamente la falla, en esos caso los traductores no sirven.
Voy a poner aqui el texto que necesito traducir para enviar a HK, si alguien lo puede traducirlo al Ingles le voy a estar muy agradecido.

El texto es el siguiente:

La falla se ocacionó por la siguiente manera:
El anillo de contacto y los resortes donde hacen contactos los negativos estan montado sobre una placa (foto Nro 1) y esa está agarrada al cuerpo con 3 tornillos, cerrando asi el circuito, por la presion de las 3 baterias, deben haber cedido los tornillo o la placa donde esta el anillo de contacto y de esta manera dejó de tocar el cuerpo y por eso se apagó.
Sino estuviese tan pegada la rosca del tapon de cola, no seria problema repararlo, quizas poniendole algun suplemento de cobre o un poco de estaño entre el anillo de contacto y el cuerpo, cerraria nuevamente el circuito, pero el problema es que el tapon está pegado que no se puede desarmar y reparar.
Como el envio de la linterna desde Argentina es muy costoso, pregunto si seria posible que me enviaran el repuesto, pero como no se puede desarmar necesitaria que el interruptor viniese junto con el cuerpo de las baterias.(foto Nro 2)

Así está perfecto pero me parece que el why en todo caso sería "because" no?

"Que es la razón de por qué no está funcionando" podría ser una traducción de esa fragmento.

Es una especie de pregunta indirecta, el why equivale a "por qué". Ese por qué va separado. Cuando tú utilizas "because" estás diciendo "porque". Vamos a un ejemplo:

"This is my favourite food because it has all I need"
Es mi comida favorita porque tiene todo lo que necesito.

"This is the reason why the cellphone didn't work"
Esa es la razón por la cual el teléfono no funcionó

No si se entiendes por dónde voy. El why introduce una pregunta, no una respuesta.

Perdon, pero como armo el texto ahora?, que saco y que agrego, como no sé ingles no entiendo que tengo que cambiar del texto de Yavi y como quedaria el texto completo.

Salvo por el "why" que puede quedar un poco redundante, toda corrección me parece bien, no es que sea correcto ni incorrecto incluirlo o no, o a eso estoy acostumbrado.

En el resto me he colado yo jeje.

¿Hay noticias sobre el caso?

Hkequipment queria que le enviara la linterna para ser revisada por Crelant y despues decidir que es lo que habia que hacer y yo no tenia ganas de esperar todo ese tiempo despues de pagar 90 dolares.
La reparé yo, que no era lo que se debia hacer, HK se equivoco y yo y mis amigos decidimos no comprarle mas.
